Instructions:
This application is to be used for teacher applicants only. Teachers will also need to attach a typed paragraph explaining why you would like to teach in the UT String Project.
Also, please send us a VHS tape or DVD of yourself teaching a private student as
well as two letters of recommendation from references that are knowledgeable of
your teaching and musical abilities.
When filling out the form fields in your browser, please be sure that your responses fit in the boxes. If the text is too big on your screen, or if you want to fit this application on one page, please lower the font or
text size of your browser before printing.
Finally, once you have filled out the application form,
