Risa Ando |
Risa Ando is from Japan. She has been studying the violin since the age of 3. She holds two teacher certificates, and played concertmaster in her University orchestra. Risa Ando is in her first year of the DMA violin performance program. Last semester, she was hit by a car, but she managed to eke by and graduate with a master of music, and amazingly enough she is still alive.
She also enjoys playing chamber music and recently she has tried new kinds of music: playing in the new music ensemble,a rock band, and experimenting with jazz. She also likes shopping. Even if it is small store, she enjoys just looking around.
