We are asking you to help us with your thoughts, ideas, and feedback. As you all know, String Project is a teacher training program, and, in many ways, the success of this program depends on the feedback we receive from parents and students. Several changes did occur this year, and we would like to know how you feel about them. With the help of your child please take a few moments to fill out the following questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us both in the teacher-training aspect of this program as well as the administrative side. A Note on Procedure: There may be questions that do not apply to your child, please leave these blank. If you wish to remain anonymous in your comments, you need not fill out name and e-mail address at the end. However, you can rest assured that all answers to this questionnaire will remain strictly confidential.
